Late Arrivals
First-Time Visitors
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
For your safety and to ensure a smooth experience, first-time clients will not be admitted if arriving at or after the class start time. Late arrivals will be marked as no-shows and charged accordingly.
Returning Clients
Running late? You have a 10-minute grace period from the class start time to check in.
After 10 minutes, your spot will be forfeited and marked as a no-show, with applicable charges.
Why Timeliness Matters
Arriving on time shows respect for your fellow clients and the instructor. It helps us maintain a focused, distraction-free environment and supports the safety and integrity of every class.
Waitlist Policy
Joining the waitlist puts you in line for a spot in your chosen class. If a client cancels, you will be automatically added to the class up to 12 hours before the class start time.
–Within 12 hours of class: If a spot opens after this window, you must manually add yourself using the website or mobile app.
–After the 12-hour mark you will not be automatically added.
Managing Your Waitlist Status
If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before you are added to avoid penalties.
-If you’re automatically added into the class and fail to cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class start time, you will be charged as a late cancel or no-show.
-If you’re waitlisted for multiple classes on the same day, you are responsible for managing or canceling conflicting reservations to avoid fees.
Attending Without a Confirmed Spot
If you are on the waitlist, you may come to the studio and wait for a no-show.
If they arrive before the 10-minute mark, you must surrender the machine.
Clients on the roster have 10 minutes from the class start time to claim their spot.
If a client doesn’t arrive within that 10 minute window, the spot will be given to you and you will be added into the class accordingly.
Phone Policy
For the safety of you and those around, no phones will be allowed during class time on the megaformer. No exceptions. If you have to answer a phone call/text message, please step outside in order to be respectful of the instructor and clients.
Class Attendance
You must stay in class for at least 30 minutes into the start of class time to avoid any no-show charges. If you leave class earlier than 30 minutes into class time, then you will be charged with a no-show. For example, if class starts at 7:30 am, then you must stay until 8:00 am in order to not avoid penalties.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory. No exceptions. Failure to wear grip socks will result in a no-show charge. If you bring your own grip socks, they must be approved by the instructor. We also sell grip socks at the studio available for purchase.
Bring a Friend Policy
If it is your plus one’s first time at the studio, then they MUST follow the “new client” guideline and must arrive 10 minutes early from the class time. Late cancel and no-show policies still apply to your plus one. All late cancel and no-show charges will be made on the host/member account.
Instructors
Instructors are not guaranteed. The instructor you originally signed up for class with is subject to change with no notice. If the instructor changes for your class, no worries! You are still reserved for the class and still good to go!
